Meet Roo

The Intimacy Engineer

IMG_9086_edited_edited.jpg

I've lived many lives in this lifetime.

Engineer.

Corporate woman.

Yoga teacher.

Breathwork facilitator.

Sexuality explorer.

Relationship coach.

Tantrika.

Woman figuring out what the hell it actually means to be herself.

And, honestly, I'm still becoming.

But there is a thread connecting all of it:

I'm fascinated by what happens when human beings become intimate enough with themselves to tell the truth.

I STARTED AS AN ENGINEER.

I studied engineering in Texas and went to work in the corporate world.

I was successful by the measurements available to me.

I worked hard.

I was on a trajectory toward partnership.

I even ended up in oil & gas with a window office downtown.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I was becoming very good at building a life that looked successful—

without asking whether it was actually mine.

I had learned how to function.

How to perform.

How to achieve.

How to be “strong.”

How to fit into a world that rewarded me for becoming more like what it expected me to be.

And I was slowly losing touch with the parts of myself that didn't fit inside that structure.

My softness.

My sensuality.

My sexuality.

My intuition.

My desire.

My own definition of power.

THEN I STARTED ASKING DIFFERENT QUESTIONS.

What if the parts of me I'd been taught to suppress weren't weaknesses?

What if desire contained information?

What if the body knew things the mind couldn't explain?

What if sexuality wasn't something to manage or hide—but a doorway into aliveness?

What if liberation wasn't becoming someone completely different?

What if it was becoming intimate enough with myself to remember who I actually am?

Those questions changed the direction of my life.

I'M ROO.

“Roo” has become a kind of reclamation for me.

A remembering.

A reinvention.

A way of asking:

What happens when I stop trying to become who I'm supposed to be—and get curious about who I actually am?

That's the invitation I bring to my work.

Not:

Become someone else.

But:

Become intimate enough with yourself to discover what is already there.

And then decide what you want to do with it.

Welcome to Liberation Through Intimacy.

THAT'S HOW I FOUND THIS WORK.

Over the past decade, I've immersed myself in sex, relationships, embodiment, movement, breathwork, tantra, consciousness and personal transformation.

I'm a VITA Certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach, a 500-hour yoga teacher and Sonic Breathwork Facilitator, with additional training and experience in erotic embodiment, men's sexuality and tantric work with couples.

But the credentials aren't the reason I do this.

They're tools.

The deeper work is helping people investigate what is actually happening beneath the story.

THIS IS WHERE THE ENGINEER IN ME CAME BACK.

I realized something:

The engineer in me never disappeared.

I still look for patterns.

Systems.

Inputs.

Outputs.

Constraints.

Feedback loops.

Failure points.

Unknowns.

Variables.

But now I apply that curiosity to something much more interesting than a set of design plans...

Human intimacy.

Because people aren't broken machines.

They're complex, adaptive human systems.

And the ways we learned to survive often make complete sense until they stop serving the life or relationships we want.

My work is helping people become curious enough to understand those patterns without shaming themselves for having them.

THE 5D HUMAN

This is why I developed the 5D Human Framework.

Physical.

Mental.

Emotional.

Erotic.

Spiritual.

Not five separate pieces of you.

Five interconnected dimensions of one human experience.

Because your thoughts affect your body.

Your body affects your emotions.

Your emotions affect your desire.

Your desire can reveal something your mind has been avoiding.

And the meaning you make from all of it can change the choices you believe are available to you.

That's the territory of Intimacy Engineering.

WHAT I ACTUALLY DO

I don't tell you who you should be.

I don't hand you a formula for the perfect relationship.

And I don't believe you're broken and need fixing.

I listen.

I ask questions.

I notice patterns.

I help you slow things down.

I help you hear what might be underneath the story.

Sometimes I challenge you.

Sometimes I call bullshit.

Sometimes I hold space.

Sometimes we work with the body.

Sometimes we talk.

Sometimes we breathe.

Sometimes we explore desire.

Sometimes the most important thing that happens is that you finally say the thing you've been afraid to say out loud.

I don't engineer the person.

I engineer the conditions for deeper intimacy, awareness and choice.

AND YES, I'M HUMAN TOO.

I've been jealous.

I've compared myself.

I've questioned myself.

I've lost confidence.

I've been heartbroken.

I've hurt people.

I've been hurt.

I've gotten things wrong.

I've had moments where I didn't know what to say.

I've had moments where I couldn't hold the space for someone else because I was struggling to hold my own.

And I've rebuilt.

Not into some perfectly healed version of myself.

Into someone more honest.

More discerning.

More compassionate.

More willing to listen.

More willing to choose.

That's the kind of space I want to create for other people.

Not a pedestal.

A place where we can be human.

WHY LIBERATION THROUGH INTIMACY?

Because I don't believe intimacy is only something we create with another person.

It begins with our relationship with ourselves.

Can you hear yourself?

Can you feel yourself?

Can you know what you want?

Can you stay connected to yourself when someone else is disappointed?

Can you experience desire without immediately turning it into shame?

Can you tell the truth without abandoning compassion?

Can you let yourself be seen?

Can you remain yourself while being deeply connected to another?

That is intimacy.

And that is where I believe liberation begins.
